The Mod/Smart Poly Thumbscrews - 6-32 Thread are a poly nylon material that can be used for any 6-32 applications. This includes HDD drive installation, Expansion PCI slot screws, and even PSU mounting screws. Case side panel screws are normally 6-32 as well.
