Like you, we love pushing our systems to the limit and squeezing every ounce of performance we can. :: Orders
Do you accept orders by phone, email, fax, walk-in or postal mail?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept any orders that are not placed through our web site.

What methods of payment do you accept?
HeatsinkFactory.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as payment for orders through our web site.

I ordered using my credit card, why does my invoice say Paypal Pro? We use Verisign/Paypal as our secure credit card processor which is why Paypal Pro is listed as the method of payment.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we strongly support the men and women in our armed forces and all their PC cooling and modification needs. We do ship to all APO/FPO/Military addresses.

Do you accept purchase orders?
HeatsinkFactory.com accepts purchase orders from US Government Agencies, US Educational Institutions and private and publicly held companies. All purchase orders are subject to approval prior to shipment.

Purchase orders must submited in either Adobe .pdf or MS Excel format and needs to include the product name and cost for each product ordered. Purchase orders will be shipped by Fedex Ground and appropriate shipping fees will be added to your purchase order. If you would like to ship using your own company account number (this is preferred) we can accomodate this for either UPS or Fedex. Payment terms are "Net 30" from the date that the products are shipped, not from the date that products are received or from the date that the receiver approves the purchase order.

How do I know if you have a product in stock?
All of the products we offer are available on our web site and we use a real-time inventory system. We also list the inventory count for each product we have in stock.

If your inventory system is real-time. Why did I get an email saying an item is out of stock?
While we do use a real-time inventory system, our inventory is occasionally off by one or two due to order cancellations, returns, damaged items accidentally not removed from inventory, etc. If it turns out that an item you ordered is unavailable then we will hold your order and contact you by email or phone with a list of options.

How can I check my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately following the submission of the order. If you created an account when ordering, you can login to our site and check your order status. An email is also sent notifying you that your order has shipped which will include your Fedex tracking or USPS Priority delivery confirmation number.

:: Shipping
I live in in a foreign country and your web site won't take my order. Will you ship to me?
We currently only ship within the United States including APO/FPO addresses. However, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

My order shipped USPS and the tracking doesn't appear to have been updated in a few days.
Unfortunately, USPS only provides Delivery Confirmation, and not detailed tracking like Fedex. If the delivery confirmation numbers hasn't been updated then we don't know any more than you do. USPS Priority packages are generally delivered within 2-3 business days of when they are shipped.

:: Returns
How long do you accept returns?
Our return period is 30 days from delivery. During that time, items may be returned for a refund or for replacement if they are defective. Please note that non-defective items returned for a refund will have a 15% restocking fee deducted. However, if you would prefer a store credit instead of a refund, we will waive the 15% restock fee. Store credits are issued by email using a promo code that is good for 1 year from the date issued.

How do I return an item for replacement or refund?
If you received the product within the last 30 days then you can contact us by filling out our Contact Us form to receive an RMA number. Once you receive an RMA number you will need to return the product to us within 10 business days. Items should be returned in their retail packaging and then packed inside of a brown or white shipping box. The RMA number you were issued should be displayed on the shipping label or shipping container (but NOT the retail product box). Your return will be processed within 7 business days of being recieved by us.

A product I purchased from you a while back has stopped working, who do I contact?
If you received the product within the last 30 days then you can contact us by filling out our Contact Us form to receive an RMA number. If it has been more than 30 days then you will need to contact the product manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Most of our products are covered by a 1 to 5 year manufacturers warranty.

I received a defective product, who pays for the return shipping cost?
HeatsinkFactory.com does not cover the cost of return shipping when a customer receives a defective product. We are not responsible for product defects as we do not manufacture any of the items sold on our web site. However, we if the customer pays for the return shipping on the defective product then we will cover the replacement shipping costs.
